Becoming a civil servant in Pakistan requires passing the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
To be eligible, you must have a bachelor's degree and be between 21 and 30 years old. The CSS exam consists of a written test, a psychological test, and a viva voce.
- Written test: covers subjects like English, Urdu, and general knowledge
- Psychological test: assesses your personality and aptitude
- Viva voce: an oral interview to evaluate your communication skills and knowledge
You can prepare for the CSS exam by creating a study plan using the AIDLA Study Planner and practicing with past papers.
